..... 12 other ways to make sex last longer

..... 12 other ways to make sex last longer

The average sex sessions lasts around five and a half minutes
IT’S a question asked by many couples: how can you make sex last longer?
Research from the University of Queensland has shown the average lovemaking session lasts about five minutes and 24 seconds – with results collected during the study ranging from just 33 seconds to 44 minutes.
Writing for MailOnline, sex expert Tracey Cox has revealed that the stage of a relationship can have an effect on how long you can stay at it.

Sex can last just seconds or hours
She says: “If you’re about to bed someone you’ve been lusting after for years, it’s probably going to last about three minutes.
“A few months into a relationship – when you’re both still in that frantic, frothing-at-the-mouth period but have relaxed into it – you can be at it for hours at a time.”
Meanwhile, Tracey explains that long-term couples develop the ability to efficiently pleasure their partner – with sex generally lasting between five and 20 minutes.

Tip for couples

1. Communicate during sex
2. Use arousal levels to decide what’s next
3. Switch stimulation
4. Change positions or location
However, she also warns that it takes women a lot longer to reach orgasm – but there are some simple steps you can take to keep going for longer.
She says: “Get into the habit of telling each other exactly where you’re at, arousal wise.
“If he’s nearly at the finish line but you’ve barely started? Stop his stimulation entirely and get him to switch his focus to concentrating entirely on you.”
Tracey also advises switching it up during sex – whether that’s changing positions, stimulation or even the room.
And women can take control in the bedroom by getting on top, and slowing down or speeding things up depending on how close he is.

Women can try the squeeze technique on their man
Meanwhile, it’s worth noting that the more often a man orgasms, the longer he’ll last next time – and if things are ending too quickly, the ‘squeeze’ technique can help keep them going.
Tracey explains: “When he’s highly aroused, firmly squeeze the head of the penis for 15-20 seconds, putting your thumb on the frenulum (the stringy piece of skin where the head connects to the shaft) and first and second fingers on top of the head.”

Tips for women

1. Take charge
2. Give him multiple orgasms
3. Develop orgasm triggers
4. Use the squeeze technique
The international sex, body language and relationships expert also advises women to develop orgasm ‘triggers’, such as heavy breathing, to help speed up the process.
She says: “The more your brain travels a certain path neurologically, the more effortless it becomes. Focus on what you naturally do on approach to orgasm, then exaggerate it.

The woman taking control can keep things going for longer
“Get to the point where your brain thinks ‘Aha! Deep heavy breathing combined with toe flexing means she’s about to orgasm. Better get cracking then and make it happen!’.”
And it’s not just women – Tracey also advises men to slow down, and opt for a position that isn’t the usual favourite to avoid becoming too stimulated too quickly. As well as this, having a solo orgasm first can give men better control when it comes to actually having sex.

Tips for men

1. Slow down
2. Avoid your favourite position
3. Have a solo session first
4. Rate your arousal or use the stop-start technique
Meanwhile another way for men to stay in control, according to Tracey, is to practise the stop-start technique.
She explains: “During a solo sex session, bring yourself to the brink then stop four times before finally allowing yourself to orgasm. Continue this ‘training’ for several weeks until you feel you know the point you can bring yourself to without letting go.”

The stop-start technique can help men
On top of this, another technique for men is to get in the habit of rating arousal levels out of 10.
Tracey says: “The better you know your orgasm, the more you’ll know exactly what’s going to send you over the edge.
“As you move from no arousal to lift-off, you’ll move through the spectrum from 1-10. Practice rating yourself and you’ll have much more control over when you orgasm

Do you sleep in underwear? Here’s why it’s bad for your health

Snoozing in underwear could affect your fertility and put you at risk of infection
SLEEPING in underwear could affect your fertility and put you at risk of infection.
Not only does snoozing in the buff provide greater comfort and is less restrictive, it has a number of health benefits.

You’ll think twice before dozing off in your underwear after reading this
Sleeping naked allows your body to naturally regulate its own temperature, making it less likely for you to sweat.
Dozing off in underwear on can also prevent your intimate area from breathing, sometimes leading to an infection.
The NHS claims that one of the causes of thrush is: “wearing tight clothing or synthetic clothing (such as nylon underwear) that prevents ventilation.”

For men, research finds that tight-fitting undies cann affect your fertility
For men, sleeping in tight underwear can crash their manhood, leading to complications with their fertility.
Research from the University of Sheffield and the University of Manchester found that tight-fitting underwear had huge impacts on fertility.
Those who wore loose boxers were found to have a higher-quality sperm count compared to those who restricted themselves to tight briefs.
Gynaecology expert, Dr Alyssa Dweck, explained: “I often tell my patients to sleep without underwear.
“If (the area) is constantly covered – especially by a fabric that’s not moisture-wicking or absorbent – moisture collects, creating the perfect breeding ground for bacteria or yeast.”
For those of you that just can’t get to sleep without pants on, Dr Dweck recommends opting for a loose-fitting pair.

She said: “If there’s ever a time to break out the granny patients, this would be it.”h

Mum sleeps NAKED with her 16-year-old son… and wants to know if it’s ‘wrong’

Mum sleeps NAKED with her 16-year-old son… and wants to know if it’s ‘wrong’

Some have suggested the relationship sounds incestuous, while others asked if it was a joke
A MUM who still sleeps NAKED in a bed with her 16-year-old son has been criticised online, after taking to Quora to ask if it’s wrong.
Dozens of people have commented on the thread, with many questioning why the woman doesn’t invest in some pyjamas – and others asking why they need to share a room at all.

In the UK, 16 is the age at which someone can legally have sex – and concerns the strange sleeping arrangement could lead to an incestuous relationship have also been raised.
Shannon Giles said: “From a US perspective it’s pretty f***ed up (other cultures may view the issue differently).
“If your son were to casually mention to someone (friend, teacher, relative) that you and he share a bed and that you also are naked this person could potentially cause a LOT of legal issues for you.
“The Child Protection Agency wouldn’t think it was harmless, nor would a judge, nor any psychiatrist.
“You could possibly be arrested for child indecency and put into prison and be forced to register as a sex offender.
“Even if it’s not a sexual act – is it really worth all that? Just put some damn jammies on or sleep in separate rooms.
“Also, please take your teenager’s feelings into consideration. You wanting to sleep naked in the bed with him could scar him for life.”
Chic Mendoza agreed, adding: “I think you’re 9 years (or so) too late in asking this question.
“I hope he grows up to be a fine young man! Don’t distort his values!… Please put clothes on.”
Christopher Richards questioned why the mum had to sleep in the same bed as a child over the age of 10, and pondered whether the boy had health issues.
He also proposed the idea of two single beds, if separate rooms are not an option for the family.
Christopher added: “It does appear to have over-tones of incest.”

Bride-to-be hanged herself trying to ‘go halfway to heaven’ to meet best friend who had died just two weeks earlier

Jazmine Howarth, 25, hanged herself in an attempt to see her friend 'one last time' before planning on carrying on with her life
A BEREAVED bride-to-be accidentally killed herself after believing she could go “halfway” to heaven to say a final goodbye to her dead best friend.
Jazmine Howarth, 25, claimed she could control death and meet up with her best friend and mother of one Dionne Corbett who had killed herself just weeks previously, before returning “to the land of the living”.

The young woman from Radcliffe was found hanged in a community garden just two weeks after her best friend had killed herself.
Jazmine’s childhood friend Dionne, 25, had also hanged herself at her home in Bolton, Greater Manchester, on February 26 following a battle with depression.
The inquest heard that Dionne’s death had left her friend devastated with the women having been best friends since they were toddlers.
The pair had even talked about getting pregnant at the same time so they could “go through it all together” with Jazmine writing a string of letters saying she wanted to see Dionne for “one last time” before coming back so she could “carry on with her life”.

Coroner Lisa Hashmi ruled “death by misadventure”, saying she did not believe Jazmine had meant to kill herself.
She said: “I have no doubt that the loss of her close and very dear friend in very tragic circumstances would have had a profound effect. She attended the chapel of rest to say her goodbyes. I believe she would have found that cathartic.
“They had been of course very close, described as sisterly. Both had had conversations about what the other would do if one lost another, it may have underpinned her actions, but I could not say for sure what bearing, if any, it had.”
But she said the letters left behind from Jazmine, showed the young woman had a “superstitious mind” and believed she could return.
She said: “What I can’t ignore are the letters, whilst it may be that some of them were drafted in the days before her death, described as a superstitious belief in Jazmine’s mind, a number of letters were found that suggested that Jazmine wanted to speak to Dionne for one last time.
“That she believed she could meet Dionne and return to the land of living. What I believe was a failure to appreciate how quick one could die. She had a mistaken belief that she could just pass beyond and return. Quite clearly that was a mistake on her part. It’s probably the naivety of youth that resulted in her sad, tragic and untimely death.”

Sally Mbanefo an efficient , detribalised cultural tourism promoter By Wale Ojo Lanre

Sally Mbanefo a detribalised cultural tourism promoter
By Wale Ojo Lanre
I have been covering the tourism sector in Nigeria for a while and I can attest to the passionate fervour with which Dr Mrs Dally Mbanefo , Nigeria Tourism Development Corporation ,NTDC promotes Tourism and projects Nigeria .
Every occupier of NTDC office has their own vision , style and branding script.
The fact about Mrs Mbanefo is that her physical appearance contradicts her modus operandi
Being an half caste , a highflying banker and being blessed awesomely by God with beauty , good physche and prodigious intellect and having worked with international and multinational corporation like Coca cola, Lafarge Cement and Oil and Gas at Director level ,, one expected that her brand of tourism promotion will be a chase in visiting attending intercontinental tourism fairs and exhibitions and considering the. Local festivals , culture and tradition as anathema
Nay , this psychedelic Barrister -at - Law will not have that
She believes that though it is good to promote Nigeria by attending fairs in foreign lands but it will be useless if the fundamentals features of tourism are not grounded in Nigeria.
To her , it is like inviting foreign tourists to see nothing .
Thus she concentrates and focuses on Domestic Tourism which entails , the identification of domestic tourism assets , the branding of these assets for Nigerians to appreciate , patronise and embrace and also to be developed
It is in pursuance of these that she recorded the feat of being the first DG of tourism who despite the fact of the dearth of fund visited 30 states of Nigeria visiting their tourism sites and preaching the gospel of domestic tourism to the people
She is also the first DG tourism who has physically identified with cultural festivals in various parts of Nigeria
She sees everything about Nigeria culture and tradition from the tourism , entertainment and empowerment perspective .
She mingles with those who stimulate and promote domestic tourism and festival without any tribal connotation
She was there in Port Harcourt when ..Pa Amachree.....launched his book on Slave Trade route , She equally went to Aokpe where the Apparition of Mother Mary was sighted .She was in Oyo for Sango festival likewise she was in Osun Osogbo last year . She equally participated in iri Iji festival and also was in Enugu , Abia tourism site She had been to Idanre Hills and attended Made festival many times and also identified with Olokun Festival Foundation , the only cultural organisation in Nigeria which promotes 18 cultural Yoruba Festivals being propelled by Otunba Gani Adams .
Despite the fact that the funding of NTDC reduced to about 30 per cent when she was appointed she has been able to leverage on her relationship with the Corporate world in sponsoring some of her projects like the renovation of the NTDC office in Abuja and the acquisition of staff buses .
She was a guest speaker on tourism at the recently held NBA conference in Port Harcourt .
She got the passion ,Sally got the drive . She is focussed and down to earth
No wonder, why both the late Ooni of Ife and the new Ooni Ojaja II ,who were impressed by her cultural sense and pure of heart when it comes to promotion , projection , protection and enhancement of culture and tradition proclaimedb her the Moremi of our time
And indeed , Sally Mbanefo is it !
