The whole truth about Ooni Ogunwusi 'crashed marriage '' by Wale Ojo Lanre

Can it be a truism that the memorable marriage between the Ooni of Ife , Oba Adeyeye Enitan Babatunde Ogunwusi with his Olori Wurola has crashed ?  I am very close  to the Palace of Ooni of Ife
I am an insider when it comes to information about the Ooni of Ife
His Imperial Majesty , Oba Adeyeye Enitan Babatunde Ogunwusi
And I can categorically tell all about his marriage to  Lady Sonia Itohan Wuraola Otiti,
I have read a lot about the marriage of our King to this pretty lady of purpose
Many people don't know that the wedding is not ordinary
the Wedding between the two is divine , spiritual and of pan sealed by the elements
Ab initio , the marriage has set tonques wagging
And expectedly only a fool will think that Ooni of Ife 's  marriage will be without controversy
And the goons were out
Writing rubbish and publishing falsehood
But a marriage solidified in heaven by God
And assented to by the powers on Earth
Can not go without rumbling
And since the consumation of  the Union
It has been bliss
However ,
Some people
Evil minded and good - for - nothing fool
woke up  from a bad dream
to conjure
from the figment of their imagination
That the marriage has crashed
The Truth
And the Truth is that
The Holy Matrimony between Oooni Ogunwusi and Olori Ogunwusi
has no stain
The marriage is solid
And Strong
And blissful
The story of crash is a LIE
Oodua A gbeyin
Smile
Oloriburuku ni won
...And if you are among those who are peddling rumours read this
Ooni Adeyeye's marriage crashes ? Are you among ?
Kabiyesi and Olori ,Oba Adeyeye Enitan Babatunde Ogunwusi,OJAJA II
I am not one of those peddling fake news about your wife.
For I know the news is not only false and a lie from the bottom of the pit of hell but a spurious figment of a demented mind's imagination
Ooni Ojaja ,I can never be part of them
Who are envious of the accomplishments of the great son of Ogunwusi
Kabiyesi, I can never be part of those who will die unsung
La lai,I can. Never be part of those who want to cause stain on the. Royal robe of the king
For those who did it in those days ended in tragedy
I cannot part of those who spread untruth against the spirit of Oduduwa
For , I remember those who tried it three ages ago died wretched
I will never be part of those who think evil of Ooni Ogunwusi because Ogun the god of iron destroyed and exterminated the family of those who made attempt two ages ago
Ooni of the century , count me out of those who are spreading falsehood about your marriage for I remember those who tried to make sure attempt at the time of your forefathers were blew to smithereens by Shango the master of thunder
Thus , I am not one of those who want Oranfe onile ina to destroy my house
I am not o eof those who are inviting the calamity of Esu lalu into their households
I am not one of who have deliberately challenged Esu and who willingly invited Shango to a duel
And for those who deliberately planted the rumour
E San Fe Esan
E ra fun era
Eni San fun won
Eni ra fun won
Airoju airaye
Airije airimu
Lo ma mba adote Oba
Me si libe

THERE was confusion, on Tuesday, at the popular Ajala Bus Stop, Ijaiye area, on the Lagos-Abeokuta highway, in Lagos, as residents uncovered an underground ritualists’ den in the area.
The identified entrances to the den were through drainages and water channels, which, according to one of the arrested suspects, led to many places.
Some of the eyewitnesses also said the ritualists might have been operating for a long time, following a near-death experience of a lodger, who had come to stay at a hotel near the scene of the discovery.
As of Tuesday evening, the tension in the area was high, as mob, some of them brandishing weapons, threatened to burn more suspected members of the gang.
Two suspected members of the gang were set ablaze by the mob that defied the presence of policemen and soldiers.
Five other suspected members of the gang were arrested and taken away by soldiers and policemen.
Nigerian Tribune gathered that early on Tuesday, the gang had dragged a yet-to-be identified woman and her daughter into one of the enclaves in the den.
An eyewitness, who simply identified himself as Dapo, narrated that “very early this morning, they attacked a woman and her daughter and dragged them into the canal.
“A street sweeper heard the distressed voices and quickly ran to some area boys, who had gathered around the Sawmill, near Ajala Bus Stop,” he said.
He added that the area boys mobilised and followed the street sweeper to where the distressed call was heard but none of them could go into the dark tunnel.
According to him, it was at that point that some soldiers, driving on the expressway stopped on sighting them to inquire what was happening.
“The soldiers and the area boys, after some failed efforts, choked the underground den with fire and one of the suspects attempted to escape through another entrance but was arrested,” he said.
A woman who pleaded anonymity also narrated that “the first person that came out wanted to escape through another entrance near that bank {pointing at a branch of a new generation bank} but he was arrested.”
She added that  it was the way the suspect was addressing the crowd who had continued to surge that made the mob went wild, leading to his lynching before he was eventually set ablaze.
Another eyewitness, who simply identified himself as Oguniran, said: “I live at Ijaiye but I stop at Ajala Bus Stop to take a bike to my house. This place is always deserted late in the night and early in the morning.”
He said the second suspects actually challenged the mob to kill him.
Apart from the two burnt suspects, two others were choked out of the den but were prevented from being lyched by policemen and soldiers who took them away amid heavy protest from the mob.
The image maker in charge of the state police command, Olarinde Famous Cole, confirmed “an incident” around the area and added that “the Lagos State police command is on ground at the scene of the discovery.”
When asked to confirm the arrest of two suspects, Famous Cole simply said “we are still on ground. We will get back to you officially.”
Meanwhile, residents of communities in the area have called on the Lagos State government to investigate owners of businesses in the area.

No time limit for president’s resumption — Falana, Ali
By Isiaka Wakili & John Chuks Azu Daily Trust |
Publish Date: Aug 8 2017 10:26AMAs
at the time the constitution was amended in 2010 it took cognizance of the president leaving the country without handing over hence the constitution was amended compelling the president to transmit a letter to the National Assembly. And once he does that, the Vice President shall automatically become the Acting President,

Senior lawyers yesterday, reacted to calls for the president to resign, said there is no constitution time limit for his return.
Speaking on yesterday’s protest, human rights lawyer, Femi Falana (SAN) said the constitution is silent on how long the president can be away on medical vacation.
“As at the time the constitution was amended in 2010 it took cognizance of the president leaving the country without handing over hence the constitution was amended compelling the president to transmit a letter to the National Assembly. And once he does that, the Vice President shall automatically become the Acting President,” he said.
“If he does not transmit a letter after 21 days, the vice president shall automatically become the president, ditto for the states. But as to the duration the president can be absent, the constitution is silent.
“So it is therefore hoped that the ongoing review of the constitution will address that because you may have a situation where an elected president will be away for three and half years out of his four years tenure or even the entire four years tenure. It is a possibility.”
He however added that it was the members of the Federal Executive Council (FEC) that could pass a resolution that the president can no longer discharge the functions of his office, adding that once it is done, a team of five medical practitioners will be constituted to examine the president’s medical condition. He said if the team finds that the president can no longer discharge the functions of his office, he shall be made to resign.
Also speaking, Mr. Yusuf Ali (SAN) said there is no provision in the constitution on any action if the president is absent for 90 days. He said the requirement is that “once he transmits the letter to the National Assembly, the country will have an Acting President.”
For his part, Abuja-based lawyer, Tawo Eja Tawo (SAN) said the office of the president is not vacant following the transmission of letter of vacation to the National Assembly.
“The only time the Constitution envisages 90 days is when the president and vice president are incapacitated. Then the Senate President would now act for 90 days and election will be conducted,” he said.
But Abeny Mohammed (SAN) said the Acting President does not wield full powers as he is being hampered in his functions, adding that he must seek clearance for whatever action he takes.

Charly Boy's and others protesters risk Treason - Barrster Ajulo

Buhari can stay beyond 90 days abroad, Charly Boy, others are getting it wrong. -Dr Ajulo

Buhari's Health: Charly Boy, others are getting it wrong.
     - Dr. Ajulo
A constitutional lawyer Dr. Kayode Olukayode Ajulo says the so called 90 days limit for which the President can be away is a farce and not constitutional.
Speaking with FRCN Politics Editor Victorson Agbenson in Abuja, Dr Ajulo said those currently protesting against the President's absence were doing so ignorantly.
He said the 1999 constitution has
no limit as to the period the President could be away.
Dr. Ajulo maintained that the President Mohammadu Buhari had done the needful by handing over power to his deputy, vice President Yemi Osinbajo.
He explained that the president can only resign at his discretion or if his cabinet invokes section 144 of the constitution which stipulates that  two third members of the Federal executive council could site reasons of incapacitation after medical examination by a duly set up medical board.
Affirming his statement in a phone interview with Acting President of NUJEurope, Prince LashleyOladigbolu in London Dr Ajulo stressed that the provision of Nigerian constitution identifiespermanent incapacitation that may preclude provocation of Section 144 for resignation ortermination of office.
Dr. Ajulo said the ongoing protests could be interpreted broadly as treason as it may be said to be calling for regime change by unconstitutional means.
Dr. Ajulo who participated in the protest during the days of ailing late president Umaru Musa Yar'Adua said the current circumstance was very different since the president duly handed over power before leaving.

Meet the man who watched while armed robbbers raped his wife !

Saturday, April 13, 2012, could pass for a very bad day for Mr. Nwakama, his wife and others on a South East-bound bus. That day, dare devil armed robbers, attacked them, near Okada town, in Edo State. Nwakama (other names withheld), a Lagos-based businessman, was one of the victims of the robbery attack. Narrating his bad experience, he revealed that he and his wife had boarded at Berger, at the boundary between Lagos and Ogun states, on their way to attend the burial of his wife’s uncle in Delta State. He said he intended to travel in the night but his wife suggested they should rather take a day bus for security reason.

Nwakama revealed that when they got to Ore, in Ondo State, the driver stopped for the passengers to eat and buy some things. According to him, on approaching Okada town, the bus had a flat tyre. He said: “The driver stopped to change the tyre. We all alighted from the bus. One nursing mother in the bus refused to come down. While the driver was still arguing with the nursing mother, about 15 armed men swooped on us and ordered everybody, at gunpoint to follow them into the bush.

We complied. “The men ordered that everybody should switch off his or her phones, warning that anybody whose phone rang would be killed.” Nwakama said that the robbers stripped all of them and collected money, handsets, wristwatches and other personal effects. He revealed that what could have led to his untimely death started when one of the hoodlums started caressing his wife. He said: “The man was touching my wife’s Bosom  and my wife was crying and all of a sudden the man started putting his hands in my wife’s pant, while others were doing same to the other three girls and a woman with us.

“As I would not stand the humiliation any longer, I warned the armed man to know that the lady is my wife and that it would not be good doing the thing in my presence. My effrontery angered the idiot, who corked his gun and threatened to shoot me. One of them armed with machete, got more infuriated and hit me with a sharp object on my head and I fell. “At the point of death, I watched the idiots molesting my wife in turn. I passed out as I could not stand it any longer.”

His wife (name withheld), who is still in shock said: “I don’t have anything to say, rather than that the God I serve will fish out those who humiliated me and give them the punishment they deserve.” She revealed that in their community, in Delta State, it is an abomination for a married woman to sleep with a man that is not her husband. “But when we arrived home and our elders deliberated on the issue and finally said that since it was not intentional, I had been forgiven. Yet, we still spent huge amount of money to perform some cleansing rituals.”

Image result for bishop ginika obiPolice in Enugu State have arrested Bishop Ginika Obi for allegedly defrauding members of the public of over N500 million.
The Spokesman of the Police Command in the state, Ebere Amaraizu, said this in a statement on Monday in Enugu.
Amaraizu said Bishop Obi, who is in-charge of the City of Liberation and Comfort Ministry in Enugu, had been trailed by police operatives for three months.
“Bishop Ginika Obi in-charge of City of Liberation and Comfort Ministry is now helping police operatives of the Commissioner of Police Enugu Monitoring Unit following his arrest over the weekend in a Hotel in Enugu where he has been taking refuge.
“Before now, the suspect who hailed from Umuaku in Uli community of Ihiala Local Government Area in Anambra was also in-charge of an alleged financial Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO) known as `Build Your Generational Organisation’ where his victims are made to invest with a hope of reaping a bumper financial dividend.
“It was gathered that his victims are numerous and with various degrees of complaints of huge amount of money swindled from them without anything to show for it.
“The suspect on noticing that police are on his trail based on complaints of alleged swindling of some suspected members of the public to the tune of N500 million with his wife and some of his eight alleged pastors, disappeared for months.
“The bishop, however, left his wife in Enugu Prisons custody over the matter.

“During his disappearance from Enugu, preliminary investigations revealed that he escaped and relocated to Asaba in Delta to avoid being nabbed by police operatives for months.
“It was further gathered that luck ran out of the suspect over the weekend as he was trailed based on intelligence information to a hotel at Amechi Road off Agbani Road in Enugu where police operatives acting on a tip-off nabbed him,’’ he said.
Amaraizu said that the bishop had also revealed during preliminary investigations that he never knew that his alleged financial NGO would “turn out in this way”.
“The suspect (bishop) disclosed that the amount he defrauded was not up to the sum of N500 million but N186 million, while regretting his action,’’ the police spokesman said.
Some of the suspect’s victims, Blessing Edekin a widow, Nnenna Okonkwo and Chidiebere Okolo, told the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) that the bishop had defrauded them of various sums of money and disappeared.
They expressed delight at his arrest.
The Commissioner of Police in the state, Mr Danmallam Mohammed, had directed a full scale investigation into the alleged nefarious activities of the cleric.
