I was lured to visit this store located in Felele Area of Ibadan , Oyo where I am now sweating not only because of inadequate cooling system but because of many customers who prefer to suffer the heat for good bargain and price bursting offer .
Today at Pinnacle which is the first time of me here is different for I had to spend almost an hour waiting outside with other customers as a controlling measure to prevent suffocation
And talking about the prices of goods and items , I can see why many prefer to shun Shoprite and the likes in Ibadan for Pinnacle .
For instance , there is a difference of 500 naira in the price offer by Pinnacle of a particular whisky that ' Walks' and Shoprite.
The queues are long but the customers seem satisfied for having value for their money .
However ,, Pinnacle's staff need training in customer' relations and appreciation .
And the store need to lesson in ventilation. The owner should not wait for a tragedy to come to pass
Apart from these and others , Pinnacle Store Ibadan offers good bargaing and busts price .
At Pinnacle the wait worth it after all.
