The Aalafin of Oyo , Oba Lamidi Adeyemi 111 has described Mrs Sal;ly Mbanefo , DG , Nigerian Tourism Development Corporation , NTDC as the best DG of that Corporation in recent times .The Aalafin said "Out of those who have been appointed DG of NTDC , Mrs Mbanefo hasd proved beyond reasonable doubt that she is not only conscious of what the corporation is all about but also gone ahead others to embrace and showcase domestic tourism "
The fisrt class traditional ruler in Nigeria said "I am always amazed by Mrs Sally Mbanefo's sense of duty and responsibility . She is one Nigeria who has never allowed her background and exposure in blinding her sense of cultural appreciation . She is not only down to earth but humble and goes about her duty with most passionate sense of altruism "
Aalafin commended the Federal government for appointing such a Nigeria who knows her onions at her duty post .
The Oba pointed out that "Mrs Mbanefo is an asset not only to the cultural tourism world but to Nigeria as she is a thoroughbred banker , lawyer and administrator "
